Who We Are
Our office team is crucial in co-ordinating and organising all the care that our clients receive, recruiting and training new carers and ensuring that we remain compliant with all new legislation and exceed the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission and other local commissioners such as Essex County Council – Social Services and the NHS.
Currently we have operate from 2 registered offices in both North and South Essex and we have a further 5 staff hubs situated in Clacton, Harwich, Colchester, Wickford and Castle Point.
Our company is committed to reducing our paper usage and we hope that by 2028 we will be a completely paperless business with NO printers in sight! We know this is a massive challenge, but we are using the best of technology to make all our procedures as streamlined and modern as possible

Charles Cross
Director
Charles Cross is Director of E Care, a private home care service provider supporting a range of care services in Essex to keep loved ones at home. Charles is passionate about the social care sector and innovating services to deliver better outcomes for patient care. Prior to joining ECare in 2024, he worked in the financial advisory and insurance sector, having earned his degree at Nottingham University in BSc Economics. Charles is also a member of the Academic and Health Science Network offering start-ups advice on Healthtech innovations. Charles Cross won the Home Care Insight Award for Care Innovator in 2021, with the business converting over to a digital care planning and management software in 2020.

Rebecca Hassan
Registered Manager
Rebecca came joined ECare as registered manager in 2024, Through ongoing training Rebecca passed her level 2 and 3 diploma in Health and Social Care. It is commendable the level of progression that Rebecca has shown growing into each and every role she has been in.
Rebecca has completed her level 5 in Management of Health and Social Care.

Fiona Hogg
Operations Manager
Fiona has worked in adult social care for 20 years in various roles, from Community Support Facilitator, Inclusion Worker, Service Lead, Locality Coordinator, Operations Manager to Area Business Manager/Registered Manager. Fiona is very passionate about her job and Is always striving to improve and develop herself taking pride in everything she does. She believes in high quality person centered care and always works to support her team to achieve this. Fiona has experience in working with Adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, older people as well as Regulated frontline services. Fiona has a proven track record for developing services and teams and this was recognized in 2019 when the service she was responsible for was awarded an overall outstanding by CQC.

Aimi Bunker
HR Manager
Aimi has worked in Social Care Recruitment for over 20 years. In the early years she specialised in the recruitment of workers for the childcare sector however, following her move to Essex in 2018 she joined E Care as Recruitment Manager. Aimi quickly grasped the adult care sector and in a short time following completion of her Human Resource Management Level 3 and HR Employment Law Management Level 3 course she was promoted to HR & Recruitment Manager and since then has developed her qualification further and successfully completed her Human Resource Management Higher Advanced Level 5. Aimi thrives on being able to help people get the jobs they deserve and she loves helping improve people’s lives daily.
