• Invest in quality training, by providing ongoing learning and development opportunities to enable our care team to strengthen and broaden their skills and knowledge set.
• Recognise the hard work of our carers, with generous rates of pay which reflect the time it takes to travel to and from a client’s home and provide the care required.
• Recognise achievements of our cares, whom go above and beyond the call of duty, whom show dignity in care, whom are reliable and show compassion. We do this with our Kudos system where we can reward staff with Kudos points, clients and other staff members can also award them. At the end of each month the top 3 get a share of £175.00 bonus.
• Listen to and support our carers, working alongside them to ensure as a team we continually deliver exceptionally high standards, hold regular staff meetings, record and action any suggestions or issues immediately.
