You will be expected to work a mixture of day and evening shifts and you must be able to work alternate weekends. Your working availability will be agreed during your interview. If you can only work days, or you cannot work alternate weekends then unfortunately we would not be able to offer you employment.

You will be provided with a company branded uniform which you will be expected wear while on duty.

We have a dedicated training room; a permanent in-house trainer and we also work with many other outside training agencies. All our training is current, informative, of a high standard and most importantly fun! You are paid for all in face to face training.

Absolutely! Some of our best carers have joined our company having no previous experience. We train you from scratch, we shadow you with an experienced carer once you have completed your training and before you go it alone you are assessed as being confident, competent and happy.

You will be expected to assist your service users with all activities of daily living to ensure they are able to remain in the comfort of their own home, whilst retaining their independence and always be encouraged to do as much for themselves as possible.

After this you will be enrolled onto your training and induction.
